The specs can be multiplied for a little bit more than double the cost or triple the cost for the best VPS plan and all equally have decent security features. The features are clearly laid out in easy to read tables.
Cons
One of the biggest problems that SurfSpeedy suffers from lately is the lackluster support that they have been giving to customers these days. It is first noticeable with the billing system which may require you to contact their support team constantly just to get updates on billing statements. They do not provide 24-h support limiting their hours to 9:00am to 9:00pm EST. E-mails are usually responded after 48 hours and they often do not cover the problem at hand. Some reviews speculate these problems occurring right after Jumpline took over the service.
The reliability doesn't match up with the other hosting providers either with downtimes lasting from 5 to 20 minutes possibility leading to a few hours.
